Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery within Vietnam takes 2–5 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery may take 7–15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Return Window: You may return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, software, and items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
